With this in mind, in 2008, Lyndell Fogarty (CEO) and Jenny Roberts (Board of Directors) formed performHR, a team of 10 HR specialists available on tap or onsite Monday to Friday, to small to medium-sized (5 to 300) business owners. performHR supports over 70 businesses across Australia, in industries from engineering, to franchises, to community housing and aged care services.
performHR understands that all businesses are at a different stage in the HR life cycle, so we tailor our support and services to be exactly what you need. While some businesses only need a helping hand: a ‘HR overflow’ department that can provide support for projects as they come up; others need a little more help part or full-time.
