Founded in 2009, CEO Lyndell Fogarty, knew that change in the HR industry was needed. The concept of performHR developed over a cup of tea at the kitchen table, and since then the team has grown to over 30 talented HR professionals.

Focused on “changing the way HR is done” performHR’s approach is progressive, agile and pragmatic. We develop long term partnerships and flexible HR support models that can evolve as businesses change.

For organisations looking to do things differently, performHR provide innovative thinking balanced by depth of experience.

Our HQ is in Newcastle but our team are everywhere. We work with amazing organisations across Australia, in cities and rural centres. With onsite and virtual support available, location is no barrier to accessing the right advice.
